What we collect when you ‘have your say’ on the proposal
We collect your responses through a Typeform form. In this form, you may be able to provide your contact info, if you wish to stay updated with the consultation. Otherwise, we collect no identifiable information.

Will we ever share your data with others?
If you submit the ‘Have your say’ survey we may share anonymised data (e.g. quotes, responses) as part of our consultation report. This report maybe be shared with project partners, and via our website.
How and where we store your data

All data we collect will be held inside the European Union and the European Economic Area or other territory complying with the legal and technical guidelines laid down for handling data by the European Union.
All of the data we store is accessible only by E&M Consultancy, associates, freelancers, sub-contractors and relevant partners. Everyone will be clear on good practice for data handling and GDPR.
Where data is stored outside of the UK, we will ensure suitable safeguards are in place. These may include but are not limited to Standard Contractual Clauses.
